Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I had achillies pain in the morning and was not sure if I would run or not today. I biked for 30 mins in the morning to loosen my muscles up for pilates. When I got to practice it was sooooo hot but I decided to go on the run anyways, a mistake. Took it for about 2 miles uphill into Forest home. At about 2.5 miles my achillies started hurting but it wasn't any point turning back because we were in the middle of no where. The whole last 6 miles I was in pain and discomfort and just getting mad at myself for going on the run. Definitely set myself back a few days.
Whoops this was meant to be Wednesday but I dont feel like changing it.
