Comments:
Didn't want to run on the trails in the morning since it pretty much monsooned at mohican, plus it was going to be an off-day for me. I got home, took a lovely napperoni, and when I woke up it was beautiful outside. I was feeling surprisingly good even with our long adventure yesterday, and ran 3 miles before dinner and 3 after dinner.
