Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Met up with the girls at 7 this morning. They were doing monkey, I really wish I could have done it with them but I didn't want to miss out on the tempo workout on Friday so I did that instead. Ran out 2.25 miles with them then turned back to head to the Horse tracks. I started my tempo right by the golf course, so the first half of the tempo was uphill and the second half was downhill. It was really tough mentally because I had no one with me and it was just as tough physically. Ran a slow limp on the way back because I was in pain. Had another massage today. I think he really hit the problem spot, hoping that if we do this every week I'll finally be able to run regularily again for the first time in a YEAR. ):
