6 mile wave run

Comments:
This can be done in the am or at run club at night if you choose...but am definitely looking for splits on this one if possible...

Looking to alternate miles with easy pace and tempo pace...
So run the first mile easy, 2nd mile at tempo(somewhere in 7's), 3rd mile easy, 4th mile at tempo and so on...

If you do this at run club and would like to get an easy 4 ish in the morning that is cool, but really would like to see where you are at fitness wise for the hard run

mile 6: 8:11 ... impacted by traffic light
