Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Humid, overcast, hot..Cleveland Ave out and back, slight incline

Comments:
Ok for this run, I'm looking for the first mile to be easy with some walks... Maybe 12 to 13 pace.?

But I want the 2nd mile to be a hard effort with as much running as possible...(maybe something like run 5 min fast,take a 30 sec walk, run 5 min fast

The 3rd mile can go back to easy peasy pace, but the main idea of this run is to alternate efforts
