Comments:
Lifted first. Ran with the entire JV squad, did Giles and went through Mulholland, and then to Belle Sherman. Felt a little slow today. I was behind early because the guys left while I was still tying my shoe, and I didn't work up the speed to catch up. It seems like I tend t start out too slow on some of our runs, but then catch up to some of the other guys after a couple miles. And then, until we got to Mulholland, I was behind, except for Walter and Samson, who did their own thing. Ran with Shea a little after we passed Belle Sherman, and finished the run with him. Did drills and strides in my new spikes afterwards. I really like them. I had ordered a different pair a couple weeks ago, but when they came they weer too small, because my feet had grown a good amount. So I didn't get my spikes until this past weekend because I had to order a new pair.
