Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A.M 5 miles easy in Dangan at 11 A.M.
P.M workout: 5 x 4 mins off 75 seconds. Looped around a trail with a few hills, twists and turns. Got faster each effort, feeling really comfortable. Breathing was really good and was able to surge up down hills. Opened a 10/15 second gap on gary and group on last 2. Didn't anticipate it but I just felt so strong.
