Today we did 2x2 miles and 1x1 mile. I had a great workout. I went out a bit fast with BJ and dropped back alittle a bit after the 1st mile. I slowed down a little bit for the next 2 mile but still fet good. The last mile, I nailed it and was happy with that. My back was sore from dead lifting yesterday but besides that it's good to have a great workout before Spartan Invite.
