Weather: Why is it always so darn hot and sunny

I am not even going to attempt to write the intervals in the log because every time I save it deletes half of them. I added up the total recovery and workout mileage and put it as one big interval. Here are my intervals. 2:55 3:08 3:08 3:07 2:44 2:47 3:00. the recovery ranged from 2:15 to 2:30. The first rep I didn't feel great but I loosened up after that and started feeling good. We took the first rep too hard, but nailed the next three, then killed the race pace reps and went at a good pace for the last rep. I tried keeping my form up but it was hard to do. I also made sure that the faster bois didn't get too far away, a habit I am trying to make before the race on Saturday. Another great workout!
