TBDub Warmup(1.3 miles)
1 mile of 30 seconds on/30 seconds off starting at tempo and getting faster
4x 100 hard up the hill,100 down, 200 tempo up the hill, 200 down easy, 300 easy up, then 400 meters on the grass at race pace back to the stairs , jog back down the stairs and back to the hill for recovery.
1.7 mile cooldown
This one wasn't hard physically, as the whole point was to work on our form up the hill while going easy, as well as our breathing. Kind of a mosh-posh of a workout, but I liked it. Was the only freshman to finish it. Was just super long.
