Yes, I took the splits for every 200.
Biked with Seneca to practice today from ACS. We tried taking the Waterfront Trail from Oldport Harbor, but it actually took longer than going down state street. Seneca hit some other guy on a bike coming around a corner. Luckily, no injuries. It could've been bad though. Got to practice, tried on the new uniforms. I like them, except for the "Ithaca" going across the "I" is too redundant and makes it harder from a dizzy be to realize that we are Ithaca, at least in my opinion. I though we were getting pictures taken, so I came out of the locker room with my uniform on, but then went backed and changed once I saw that no pictures would be taken. This made me late to start the run by a few minutes. I ran by myself, which was nice for a change, although running with the guys makes me faster. Anyway, did a footbridge. I want sure if I was supposed to go through Coollegetown or not after The footbridge. I just went down E State and went along Aurora. Ran into a friend from school, who me a root beer candy. I didn't want to say no, so I took it, although I haven't had a piece of candy I probably 6 months or more. I've really been eating healthy lately, low sugar, lots of whole grains, vegetables. The candy did make my mouth even more dry though, so next time I won't do that. Anyway, took the woods path by Northstar, and then went around the back of IHS to extend. Got back and did the 1.5 miles Rhythm 200s. Three laps clockwise, then three laps counterclockwise. They felt good. I think I did them correctly, maybe not, in terms of time and pace. Then did hurdles, and did some abs with the Varsity boys as well as Soren and Tristan. The other JV guys had all left, no abs I guess for them. Then did some strides in my spikes. A good day of practice.
