Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a common run. Not particularly interesting. Got frustrated with pace-pushing. Nonetheless, I felt mediocre, but the weather begged me to quicken the pace. I resisted the urge due to tomorrow's meet. Did 8 striders at the end. I feel remarkably fresh today for a week where I felt so terrible on my runs. My shin didn't bother me at all, so I'm going to assume it was nothing. I have rolled my muscles for a cumulative 20+ minutes today, so if that doesn't work, nothing will. I also made sure my spikes won't fall off during the race tomorrow. I'm excited to see how the team does and to see my improvements from last year. I think my Oatlands course PR is ripe for some trimming.
