Comments:
20x400m with a bonus all out mile. Love these morning workouts.
First couple felt rough but loosened up and felt great. Sat around 70/71 for the first 10 and second 10 progressed from 69 down to close at 63.
4:40 mile to close things out, definitely surprised myself on it.
