Comments:
Felt really good this workout. Ran consistently 4:20 or less for my splits, which averages out to something like a 17:20 5k pace. Basically, I was Payton this workout. Enjoyed running the last one for a shorter distance but at a faster pace, think I might try to do that for all future speed
