3x2 miles with 4x100 meter hills in between each rep.
2 mile splits: 11:54,11:59,12:00
Hills: First 6 at Tempo Pace, next three hard, last three cleaning the tank.
3 minutes between each set
Rest easy
Was supposed to hit 12:00 for each 2 mile, so once I got into it, the rest wasn't so bad.
