I showed up late to practice and ended up running to catch up with people. I caught up with the background of girls and a few others. I ended up going a bit too fast (at least I thought, I didn't have my pace) and felt really dehydrated. Not to mention, I hadn't recovered from the long run the night before. I walked a bit, it was bad, but not too worried about it
