Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Sucky run - cramp in right side by mile 6, slow the whole way through, feeling the pain of not having run many weekly miles the last 2 weeks. I have got to be sure to run my weekly miles the next 2 weeks in getting ready for the final push to the run!!

Bathroom break at mile 1; walk at mile 4; breather at mile 5.5; side was killing me by 6.5, so stopped. Walk/jogged the 4 miles back, but side kept up hurting every time I'd pick up the run back. Terrible day! Time approximate.
