Comments:
Actually ran good, at black creek nonetheless. Most times were slow for our team but I ran within half a minute of my saturday time. Felt good, did a lot of stretching and hydrating before race. Worked very well. Tried to lead stretching on the cooldown but the boys were too rowdy to pay attention, so it ended being just me and the captains after the cooldown run. Over all good race day
