Comments:
The run went really well today. I ran to IM West and then started the run with the rest of the group. I started out slow and then started running 6:40s to get back up to the front. Then we eased to 7:00s and I ran back. Overall, it felt good and Im ready for the workout tomorrow... well if my stomach survives the terrible cooking I did tonight.
