overall a 13.6m run done in 1hr 44min 30sec separted to show the barefoot miles from those run in the defyance. this is the part run in the defyance.

chris's hood to barefoot on GC then to campgrounds. felt tired from yesterdays leg workout so first few miles were stiff and meh but then around mile 5 we surged up "the hill" and it must of just flushed out all the kinks because after that i felt good and was able to settled into a rythm and the rest of the run was relxed and much more natural
