Comments:
we did hills in the neighborhood. first we ran 15 minutes then we did short, medium, long, short, medium, long with ten seconds between each. then we did a 10 minute cool down. after we did lunges and squats, push ups, sit ups, these jump things with some sprints. then we did more ab work and push ups. i felt great on the hills until the last one
