Weather: sunny

Comments:
This was pretty good. Suppose to do 4 miles easy, 6 miles half marathon pace, 2 miles easy and one mile getting down to 5K pace. I did this on the road and on effort then to the track for the last mile (6:10) which I got down to 88 for the last 400. Wish I had a bit more speed than that! Did another mile as a cool down.
