Exercise Type: Run
Weather: low 70s and mostly cloudy, but humid
Comments:
Team was impressive again. Jogged an interrupted, abbreviated course loop and then coached 13 consecutive races, some of which only had one or two GDS athletes. Often, I was probably running less than half a mile per race (spread out over 20-40 minutes). On a few races I was probably up around a mile total. Mileage is a total guess, but over 7+ hours it does add up. Never felt wiped out, but legs did get some work and a firm track bag did lead me to ice my right foot tonight. I also seem to have lost 5 lbs during the course of the day despite two Nalgenes and a tall glass of cider at dinner. #clearandcopious
