Extended Giles

Comments:
First time doing a Giles in awhile and I was pretty pumped. While the guys wee arguing over random things I was just really happy to be back running with the squad. The hill in the middle felt fine but I just kept it at an easier pace than the rest of the guys. Went up past Belle Sherman and then into Cornell so we could get extra distance. I didn't like all the pounding during that last downhill part through the cemetery. It just made me feel uncomfortable. Was happy to get that over with. The 200's felt smooth. It was different trying to remember what race pace felt like but I caught on quick. Just stayed in the back/ middle of the group and kept it easy. Finished with hurdle drills and core.
