Would like this one to start at regular easy pace and try to chip away a bit for each mile thereafter....
So looking for 6 miles maybe starting in the 9's and finishing in mid 7's ...



Pm 5k run can be at run club , but for the 6 miles am definitely looking for a subtle increase in effort each mile...

If you can give me the splits that would be great but no need to push too much with Atlanta run coming up..

played basketball on tuesday night.. too sore to run in the morning. did the ocala club race 4 miles.. ended 6:40 pace in the rain.
