Exercise Type: Run
Weather: A lil chilly
Comments:
Ran on own. Warm up was run to my local Hilton hill, I'd say anywheres from a mile to two miles (I don't have a gps watch so as per usual I'm estimating). At the the hill I did 6 sets of up and down with a minute inbetween, going medium hard medium hard medium. After that, I did one more run up the hill, a cool down along the trails back there for about 14 minutes, then ran home.
