Comments:
Lifted first. Ran with the JV guys up Remington, but once again, I fell behind on the hills and wasn't quite sure which way they had gone, which put me benumbed even more. When we run on flats I find myself able to stay with the pack much easier, but when we do hills, I fall behind, which is frustrating. Anyway, extended the run with a Boynton Mile because I accidentally went shorter than the other guys had gone. Got back and did drills and strides, while the weather seemed to drop 10 degrees, though the sweat probably just dried on my body.
Update: Did some abs later on at home before bed.
