Warmup distance is approximate. Ran to Stewart Park, where we did the workout. I started behind the other guys on the warmup because I was gathering my stuff to put in Coach's car. Did a little less on the warmup because I wasn't sure which way the guys went, so I ran a little bit through the trail at Stewart by the train tracks with Jeremy, who used the bathroom, until we met up with the other JV guys. I wore my spikes. My group was with Yuki, Marco, and Aidan F. Our target split for each 600m rep was 2:25, so we did a good job on the workout. I felt a little tired after the first couple reps, but pushed myself to say a few second behind the other three guys, although Marco only did 4 because his knees have been bothering him. Overall, the workout felt good, and I'm glad I did it with a faster group than the workout two weeks ago. This workout was a good confidence booster for me. Ran back to the track and did hurdles, drills, and strides, then some abs with Liam leading.
