Long Ass Fartleks

Comments:
Today we did fartleks- 10 mins fast, 2 slow, 8 fast, 2 slow, 6 fast, 2 slow, 4 fast, 2 slow, 2, fast with a warmup and cool down. I started out with the main group but faded in the middle of 8 minutes. I still found success, getting back up to Wes and pushing the pace a lot better for the 4 and 2 min segment. Overall, I wish i could've stayed with the top guys, but it wasn't a complete flop. The cold was the only thing holding me back.
