Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First time doing a Commonland in forever. It's just such a classic. The hills felt fine and I just had an overall good time with the guys on the run. Today was just a day where you just run and have some fun. Me and Cole were cracking up Noah the entire run he had to stop a few times. Lifted before the run, benched my body weight 3 times in a row. Had to extend to get the full 8 but it came out to be more than that. Silas was being smart today keeping it flat and soft.
