Weather: amazing

Comments:
workout today was 6x3min at 5k where the 2nd one included 30 seconds at mile, the 4th included an indian run type thing for part, and the 6th included a kick at the end. I didn't expect to feel good because I've been sick but I actually really enjoyed it. The accidental 10 hours of sleep last night might have helped. The weather was also just perfect. It was just so nice to be there.
