Lighthouse w/ Rhythm 200s

Comments:
Got to practice at 4pm by bike, but the JV guys left earlier than usual, and had left eighth as I was locking up my bike. Ran underneath the bridge to Stewart and then met up with them at the second bridge in Stewart. Ran to the end of the trail through the woods up to the lighthouse pier (is it a pier?), then back to IHS. Then did rhythm 200s, which felt good. Did hurdles and abs then watched the modified football game against Dryden while we stretched. I really focused on my arms today while I was running, making sure to swing them back, not forward, as Liam was telling me yesterday. Up until now, I had been swinging my arms forward more.
