Strength: Planks (1:00), PLL (10 per), Clams (2*20 per), SLL (10 per position, rotating positions), Double leg bridges (20). In weight room: 2 sets of Pushups (10), Pike Tuck leg lifts (12), Inverted Sit-ups (8), Bicep Pull Downs (10)

Kind of excited/scared for Salesianum, but not for all the rain.
