Odd workout at AU Field Hockey Field

Weather: passing rain showers and very wet and grey and 60s

Comments:
Ran over to AU to meet Ana S-E and Jenna for a workout. There was a soccer game, so we moved up to the 70s style turf field and ran U shaped loops. Pick-ups were maybe close to 300 meters and cooldowns were between 1:00 and 1:10 for most. Did first 4 with Ana around 52 seconds. Next four were with Jenna near 57. Last two were with Ana at 50 and 49, if I recall correctly. Felt like a real workout for me, but on in which I was focused on them instead of me. Jogged back with them near 10:00 pace. Immediately after, my right foot, ankle, calf was awful and ice didn't help much that night. Wore the old Brooks which might be part of the problem.
