This can be done today, but preferably tommoro. And Sunday the long run. We will see though..

Run 1 mile without walking..
(Looking for a pretty fast time, knowing you get 3 min rest right after...maybe somewhere in 10's)
Rest 3 min.

Let's do 3 total sets of this....
This is a workout that will definitely test your anaerobic strength. These are not paces that you would run in a HM but want to train your body to walk as minimal as possible in this specific workout...
