Comments:
Overnight with the Geneseo Cross Country team. I was nervous that I wasn't going to be able to keep up on the long run but they split into groups and basically the recruits lead the group that we were in. Aerobically I felt fantastic, my calves were suuuppperrr tight but thats okay. Most of the recruits did 6 or 8. Since I was doing 9 I had to add on an extra mile by myself.Last mile ended up being 7:20...oops but I felt like I was going the same pace as earlier. Ate like a complete pig the whole stay. Freshman 15 could seriously be an issue for me I need to work on self control. Had an extra long massage with Dale when I got back because my inner thighs were so knotted. Will probably cross train tomorrow to make sure that I am all good to go for the workout Tuesday.
