Had to really grind in this workout. My roommate was sick last night, so I didn't get a lot of sleep. Needless to say, still got the workout in.
2 mile warmup
5x2k at 91% V02, with 2 minutes rest
4x400 at 3k pace with 200 meter jog
1.3 mile cooldown on the turf
2ks were off only by a couple of seconds, which I kinda expected. Didn't want to push it to hard, nice and easy. In the 400s I split 80,80,78,76. Not too shabby.
