Know you had a hard effort on Sunday,
But if we could get some shorter speed stuff in today, that would be great.
This run is totally based on effort
Run 10 min easy
Run 3 min. Fast progressing every minute
Jog 2 min easy
Run 3 fast (same deal)
Jog 2 min easy
Run 3 fast
Jog 2 min easy
After this, switch it up,
Run 2 min fast progressing each min
Jog 3 min easy
Run 2 min fast progressing each min
Jog 3 min easy
Run 2 min fast progressing each min
Jog 3 min easy
Total run equals 40 min
