Long run as a group

Comments:
Ran as a group with a bunch of other guys. First we went to North Campus and back to pick up Drew who had late class and then did North Park up to JCU and back. Nice and easy definitly not as hard as the runs with Tim Smith are. Felt good to go an easy long run though. Felt bad at the begining but as it went on things got better and better. Talked a lot and learned lots about Pennsylvaina running and what not. Nice to run in that big of a group again. Feeling pretty good now.
Static 3 and Ibis after (Supposed to be static 1 I'll make it up tomorrow)
Did a little something new today did 10 pushups in betweeen each set of abs for a grand total of 80 but I should bump it up the next time because I never really struggled that much even though my arms feel week now.
