Missed practice today. I felt better by the time practice started, but my dad was at work and couldn't take me, and I live far away from IHS. Anyway, got in a run on the road, and then ran with my dad once he got home in the woods behind our house. It's on some Nature Conservancy land, and there are some nice trails in the woods, so I logged it as hills because it is a little hilly. Then I added a little bit more on the road after that. Got back and did some lifting with some dumbbells.
