Oof this workout was a tough one. just running up to A lot was tiring enough. I was supposed to make each rep a little bit faster but they only varies by a few seconds each time. the tempo 500s were about 2:20 and the all out ones were 2:12, so not that big of a difference. Ingrid and I did 6. After qualifying for Manhattan at Mcquaid, i thought the end of my stress was near because that has been what i've been working towards since summer training- every awful run i would think "you are gonna be in top 7 and you are going to go to Manhattan whether you like it or not". I've been working hard just like everyone else so that is why i'm so dissapointed to not be going. It's nothing i could control. I was so happy when B told me i was going, but then almost immediately after crushed by family issues preventing me from going and racing. everyone has been so nice to me and for all of you who know my situation: thank you for comforting and being here for me. i know there will be plenty more races in the future.
