Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We had our 400s workout today. It was on a grass track at the high school. It's pretty different from GDS' 400s workout though. We do 2 sets with like 5 min of recovery in between. The first set was 6x400 at 5k where the recovery decreased by 10 seconds after each interval beginning with 60 seconds. In the second set, which was supposed to be 6 but we turned into 8 because we were feeling good, the recovery stayed the same (45 seconds) and the intervals were supposed to get a couple seconds faster each time. My group intended to do 1:50-1:55 for the first set but we kept accidentally doing 1:45 so we just stuck with that. splits were

I think some of them might have been a second faster because of the way I did my watch. They felt really really good and I was worried I wasn't working hard enough. I wasn't even breathing that hard until the last few, which is such a welcome change from how things usually are. It was weird though, 7 min pace felt really easy. I'm really looking forward to racing this weekend.
