Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
AU workout with slower/injured people (group B or bee). Did a 600 at 5k effort and two faster 300s. Felt really good physically, but my shins are really hurting which is so frustrating, because I was so unmotivated for a while, and now I want to get in shape and I'm excited again, but now my body's holding me back and it sucks. The workout didn't feel very hard, and I know it wasn't supposed to, but it's so annoying because I want to push myself. The 600 was the hardest mentally because I could definitely go faster, but I had to consciously hold myself back, so it was a 5k effort which was weird because I've never done that before. I jogged back to school with Joyce after which was nice.
