Comments:
Today, we did a 600 meter hill workout. We warmed up 2.2 miles over to the high school and then proceeded to do 8x600m hill repeats with 300m jogging rest in-between. This was one of my best workouts of the season, so far. I was able to stay up front with BJ the entire time and drop an extremely good last 600m split. It felt really hard during the last two, but I pushed through and my legs felt great the entire time. For tomorrow, I'm gonna feel tired, but it's nice to have an extremely successful workout.
