Didn't have a very good day, which has been happening more that it should lately, and my shins are being stupid, so I couldn't even run to feel better. Happily though, Julie was in the workout room, so I did the crunch and pushup progression that I missed at the beginning of practice with her while waiting for a machine, and she in her usual way, made me feel a bit better. I think the idolization is probably starting to seem creepy though:) She's amazing though and she makes me happy, so that was good. I kinda ran out of time to bike though because we started so late, and I don't think I'll have time to do anything tomorrow, so it'll be a chill couple of days until the meet which I think will be good for the shins.
