Comments:
Nice little Giles action today. The rest of the guys did 7 but I just did 5.5 because I'm going for awhile without an off day. My Achilles has been doing well lately with a lot of changes including mileage and hill workouts. I'll just take Sunday off and move my long run to Monday. Got back and got my rhythm 200's in by myself they were all at 38. So very consistent, a little quick but it isn't much faster than race pace.
