Comments:
So I missed school today for a couple of reasons. I got to sleep late last night because I left the LACS Fall Retreat at 9 pm, but then ate more dinner at home after 10 because the food at the retreat wasn't great. Woke up late, and had an X-Ray scheduled for this morning because I haven't been feeling my usual self lately. I was already feeling a little weird during the morning, and by the time I got done with the X-Ray it wouldn't have made sense to go back out to the retreat. Anyway, I decided to run to practice because I am behind on mileage this week. Almost 2 miles into the run, I decided it would be better to just turn back home and run around there just in case I started to feel worse. I also left my house a couple minutes later than I would've liked, so I probably wouldn't have made it in time for the run. I ran back up Coy Glen Rd., which is a tough hill, so that was good. Got back and did some stretching. Planning on going for a really long run tomorrow.
