Comments:
Ran from my house on Coy Glen, and then onto Inlet Rd., and then onto the train tracks, until I ended up at Route 13. I've never done this route before, it was pretty cool. I didn't know that there was a trail back in that area by the train tracks. I then crossed 13 and went onto Spencer Rd., then decided to do a 15 minute tempo around downtown. The tempo felt faster than it actually ended up being. I would've done more afterwards, but my stomach started bothering me. The whole run my shoes got increasingly wet too.
Update: did 30 push-ups before going to sleep, as well as 50 crunches.
