Today's race went relatively well today. I finished in a 6 second 8K, 4th for the team as well. It was nice to beat my PR and I look forward to potentially being able to break my new PR by a lot in the next 2 races. I went out in 5:30 and maintained that for 2 miles. I came through the 5K somewhere between 17:15 and 17:25. I died a bit, because the race was hillier than expected and finished the last 3 miles closer to 5:50s. But i was happy to be able to outkick someone at end and get a good time.
