Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Mass to Connecticut to Gtown branch to CCT and short loop on the canal and that's a wrap. Felt really good, controlled the whole time even though overall was a bit quicker than expected. Missed Jesse at mile 3 :( Anthony and Spergs joined me right before mile 10 and that was awesome. Took 3 Huma gels-Rasberry and Strawberry were fine, but lemonade was straight up nasty. They did the trick and didn't totally turn the tummy upside down. Still need to get them down faster though. One stop at a gas station on river. Leaves were pouring right before Fletcher . Pushed the last few miles, maybe wasn't the greatest idea but felt like going. Getting super excited for this marathon, 8 more miles doesn't seem too daunting even though I know it's going to hurt.

For 20-drink more water throughout rather than all at once and maybe one more gel +caffeine
